# Stage 3 homes now on the market
It is with much excitement that we are announcing the release of Stage 3 of Clifton Old Bar well ahead of schedule!
We have experienced so much demand for homes in Stage 1 and 2, and we are absolutely delighted to now be making available for sale a further 29 home sites in Stage 3.
This is wonderful news for buyers that have been waiting patiently for a chance to make their dream move into Clifton Old Bar. The news of the Stage 3 release has also been met with excitement by our existing residents, who have created a friendly and welcoming culture within Clifton Old Bar and are looking forward to embracing new faces into our growing community.
The Stage 3 civil works have already started, and we expect to be commencing construction of Stage 3 homes in the second quarter of 2021.
Our beautiful communal facilities including the clubhouse, gym, pool and bowling green were all completed earlier this year, so Stage 3 buyers will be able to enjoy the benefits of our resort-style lifestyle from the very first day that they move into Clifton Old Bar.
