We are delighted to announce that construction has commenced! This is an exciting milestone for Clifton Old Bar.

This unrivalled lifestyle resort is a dream that’s becoming a reality, a reality that you can start to soon enjoy!

Excavation on the site started in the first week of August. According to Clifton Old Bar Director Kenny Phillips, *“there has been significant demand for quality over 55s living from** many who live in the area, particularly buyers who are looking at downsizing. This is a boutique sized community of only 131 homes, and we have already received an unprecedented amount of initial interest, which is very exciting!" *

There is opportunity to register your interest now - for more information contact Tracey on 1300 081 110, or by email at [tracey@cliftonlifestyle.com.au](mailto:tracey@cliftonlifestyle.com.au).
